MerchFlow provides digital creative services, custom logo design, website & mobile UI/UX designs, social media graphics, commercial video editing, and complete branding packages. All deliverables, master design files, prototypes, and video exports are 100% digital and electronic in nature.
2. Shipping & Delivery Fees
Since all delivery is executed electronically over secure internet protocols:
- Shipping Charges: ₹0.00 (Zero shipping fees for all global clients).
- Handling / Packaging Fees: ₹0.00 (No hidden or handling fees).
3. Mode of Electronic Delivery & Access
Upon successful payment authorization by our acquiring gateway partners (Cashfree, PayU, Easebuzz), the client receives immediate access and project onboarding through the following channels:
- Client Studio Portal Access: Immediate redirection to your project portal for milestone tracking, creative briefs, and direct communication with your dedicated designer.
- Master Vector & Source File Handoff: Electronic delivery of vector source files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF), Figma design files, and high-resolution video exports via secure cloud storage links (Google Drive / Figma / Dropbox).
- Automated Email Confirmation & Invoices: A digitally generated order receipt, tax invoice, and permanent project links dispatched immediately to the client's registered email.
- Creative Consultation & Discovery Sessions: Calendar invites with meeting links (Google Meet, Zoom) dispatched immediately upon booking for design alignment.
4. Delivery Timeline
Project kickoff and onboarding access are confirmed instantaneously (within 0 to 10 minutes) of successful payment confirmation.
Initial design concepts and creative milestones (such as initial logo concepts, UI/UX wireframes, or first video drafts) are delivered within 48 to 72 hours, or according to the agreed project timeline in your service package.
5. Non-Receipt of Digital Access / Delivery Issues
If you have completed payment but have not received your digital access or confirmation email within 15 minutes, please follow these steps:
